No deposit before independent verification
Do not send money because someone shared photos, a phone number, or a Delalos page. Verify ownership, identity, access, and agreement terms outside Delalos first.
Before opening contact
- Read the listing or request carefully and compare price, area, timing, and contact details.
- Treat contact verified as a communication signal only, not identity proof or ownership proof.
- Use the report action if photos, pricing, pressure, or ownership claims look wrong.
Before sending money
- See the home in person or through someone you trust locally.
- Ask for proof that the person can rent or manage the home.
- Confirm lease terms, payment recipient, refund terms, and move-in access through independent channels.
- Avoid urgent deposit pressure, gift cards, crypto, or irreversible transfers.
How Delalos helps
- Contact handoff emails name and link the exact listing or request.
- Reports and paid boosts can enter an admin review queue.
- Saved-search notifications link back to the exact item that matched.
What Delalos cannot verify
- Legal ownership, power of attorney, broker licensing, or rental contract validity.
- Whether a payment request is safe or legally enforceable.
- Whether photos fully represent the current condition of a home.
