Delalos is an aggregator and visibility tool for diaspora home offers, home requests, saved searches, direct contact, and optional promotion services.

Delalos is not a managed marketplace

Delalos does not collect rent, hold deposits, provide escrow, manage contracts, act as a broker, and does not verify legal ownership of a home.

Your responsibilities

  • Publish accurate information and remove or update pages that are no longer valid.
  • Only upload photos and content you have the right to use.
  • Verify homes, people, ownership, payment requests, and agreements independently before sending money.
  • Use reports when a page, contact request, or payment demand looks suspicious.

Promotion payments

Checkout is used only for one-time Delalos promotion-service purchases. A promotion pays for visibility work and review; it is not rent, a deposit, a commission, or a payment to another user. Refunds follow the promotion payments and refunds terms below.

Moderation

  • Delalos may review, hide, reject, or remove listings, requests, promotions, profiles, or reports.
  • A moderation decision is not a legal finding and does not prove ownership, safety, fraud, or contract status.
  • Reports help Delalos prioritize review but do not automatically block contact.

Service boundaries

  • Delalos does not guarantee that a listing is available or that a requester will rent.
  • Delalos does not replace legal, identity, property, or payment due diligence.
  • Delalos may change pricing, promotion availability, or product scope over time.

Delalos ንሓደ ህዝባዊ ገጽ ኣብ Facebookን Instagramን ናይ ምውዕዋዕ ተራእይነት ይሸይጥ። ቦታ ምውዕዋዕ ንገዝእ። ዓደግቲ፣ ተኻረይቲ፣ ሰራሕተኛታት፣ መልእኽቲ ወይ ጠውቒ ኣይንውሕስን።

ክፍሊት

ሓደ ናይ ካርድ ክፍሊት ብStripe። Apple Payን Google Payን ክትጥቀሙ ትኽእሉ። ባንክኹም ክፍሊት ከተረጋግጹ ክሓትት ይኽእል። ተደጋጋሚ ክፍሊት የለን፣ Delalos ድማ ካርድኩም ፈጺሙ ኣይዕቅብን።

ቅድሚ ምውዕዋዕ ምጅማሩ

Delalos ቅድሚ ዝኾነ ነገር ምጅማሩ ነቲ ገጽን ነቲ ምውዕዋዕን ይምርምር። ቀዳማይ ምውዕዋዕ፣ ከምኡ’ውን ብመላግቦ ስድራ ዝተኸፍለ ምውዕዋዕ፣ ድሕሪ ክፍሊት ቅድሚ 24 ሰዓት ኣይጅምርን። ክፍሊት ነቲ ገጽ ወይ ዋንኡ ኣየረጋግጽን።

ድሕሪ ምጽዳቕ ኣብ ውሽጢ 3 መዓልቲ ስራሕ ዘይተጀመረሓድሽ መጀመሪ ወይ ምሉእ ምምላስ ትመርጹ። ብወገንኩም ዝመጸ ምድንጓይ ነዚ ግዜ ንግዚኡ የቋርጾ።

ምውዕዋዕኩም ቅድሚ ምጅማሩ፣ ምሉእ ገንዘብ ንምምላስ ናብ support@delalos.com ኢመይል ስደዱ። ምስ ጀመረ፣ ካብ ገጽ ኩነታት ምውዕዋዕኩም ደው ኣብልዎ። ሓድሽ ዕለት መጀመሪ ወይ ምምላስ ንምምራጽ ናብ support@delalos.com ኢመይል ስደዱ።

ገንዘብ መዓስን ብኸመይን ይምለስ

ቅድሚ ምውዕዋዕ ምጅማሩ ዝግበር ምሉእ ምምላስ ውሳነ ምስ ተወሰነ ይፍጸም። ድሕሪ ምውዕዋዕ ምኻዱ ዝግበር ምምላስ፣ ምውዕዋዕ ደው ከም ዝበለ ምስ ተረጋገጸን ናይ Meta መወዳእታ ወጻኢ ምስ ተፈልጠን (ኣስታት 72 ሰዓት) ይፍጸም። ምምላስ ብStripe ናብቲ ዝኸፈልኩምሉ ካርድ ጥራይ ይኸይድ፤ ንመላግቦ ስድራ ድማ ናብቲ ዝኸፈለ ሰብ። Delalos ክፍሊት Stripe ወይ ምቕያር ባጤራ ከይቖረጸ ምሉእ ዝግባእ መጠን ይመልስ፤ ናይ ባንክኹም ዋጋ ምቕያር ባጤራ ክፈላለ ይኽእል። ካብ 1 ዶላር ዝወሓደ ምምላስ ኣይግበርን። ባንክታት ብተለምዶ ኣብ ውሽጢ 5 ክሳብ 10 መዓልቲ ስራሕ የርእይዎ።

ክርክርን መጠንቀቕታ ምትላልን

ክፍሊት እንተተኸራኺሩ ወይ ከም ምትላል እንተተጠርጢሩ፣ እቲ ምውዕዋዕ ይዕገትን ደው ይብልን። ክርክር ክፉት ክሳብ ዘሎ ገንዘብ ኣይምለስን፤ ውሳኔ መርበብ ካርድ ይውስኖ።

EU፣ EEA፣ UK ከምኡ’ውን ኖርወይ

ክትከፍሉ ከለኹም፣ እቲ 14 መዓልቲ ናይ ውዕል ናይ ምፍራስ መሰል ግዜ ከይተወደአ Delalos ምርመራን ምቕራብን ክጅምር ብግልጺ ትሓቱ። ምውዕዋዕኩም ክሳብ ዝጅምር ናብ support@delalos.com ኢመይል ብምስዳድ ምሉእ ገንዘብ ተመሊሱልኩም ክትስርዙ ትኽእሉ። ድሕሪኡ’ውን ኣብ ዝኾነ ግዜ ካብ ገጽ ኩነታት ምውዕዋዕኩም ወይ ብኢመይል ደው ከተብልዎን ነቲ ልዕል ኢሉ ዘሎ ተመጣጣኒ ምምላስ ክትቅበሉን ትኽእሉ።
