Delalos is an aggregator and visibility tool for diaspora home offers, home requests, saved searches, direct contact, and optional boost services.

Delalos is not a managed marketplace

Delalos does not collect rent, hold deposits, provide escrow, manage contracts, act as a broker, and does not verify legal ownership of a home.

Your responsibilities

Publish accurate information and remove or update pages that are no longer valid.
Only upload photos and content you have the right to use.
Verify homes, people, ownership, payment requests, and agreements independently before sending money.
Use reports when a page, contact request, or payment demand looks suspicious.

Boost payments

Checkout is used only for one-time Delalos boost-service purchases. A boost pays for visibility work and review; it is not rent, a deposit, a commission, or a payment to another user.

Moderation

Delalos may review, hide, reject, or remove listings, requests, boosts, profiles, or reports.
A moderation decision is not a legal finding and does not prove ownership, safety, fraud, or contract status.
Reports help Delalos prioritize review but do not automatically block contact.

Service boundaries

Delalos does not guarantee that a listing is available or that a requester will rent.
Delalos does not replace legal, identity, property, or payment due diligence.
Delalos may change pricing, boost availability, or product scope over time.
